Amanda Cannon Goldworm and Megan Duryea Scott of The AMM Team at Sotheby's International Realty have sold Apartment 10SW at 1155 Park Avenue for $9.54 million. The sale of the high-floor corner residence in Carnegie Hill closed in October 2026.
The team listed the home with fellow AMM partner Merrill Curtis and Sotheby's colleague Geoffrey McKernan. The AMM Team says the three partners bring more than 60 years of combined experience and broker about $100 million in closed volume a year.
The fully renovated home has 11 rooms, with five bedrooms and four and a half baths. Its open exposures look over Park Avenue and East 92nd Street. A semi-private elevator landing opens into a long gallery. The gallery leads to a west-facing living room with three oversized windows on Park Avenue, a formal dining room behind pocket doors, and a corner library with southern and eastern light.
The windowed eat-in kitchen has a Wolf range and wall oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and extensive custom cabinetry. It sits next to a den lined with custom millwork bookcases. The primary suite stands apart from the other bedrooms and has two walk-in closets and a renovated en-suite bath with a double vanity. The four other bedrooms line a separate hallway. Ceilings reach 10 feet 2 inches, and the apartment has a dedicated windowed laundry room.
Bing & Bing built 1155 Park Avenue in 1915 to a design by Robert T. Lyons. The prewar cooperative offers a full-time doorman, a live-in resident manager, a fitness center, bicycle storage and private storage.
Goldworm co-founded The AMM Team and has nearly 25 years of experience across co-ops, condominiums and townhouses. She grew up in Haverford, Pennsylvania, studied art history at Hobart and William Smith, and lives on the Upper East Side. Scott, a founding partner, has 20 years in the business, uptown and downtown. Before real estate she was an international equity sales trader at J.P. Morgan. She lives in Carnegie Hill.
