Jacob Greene and Joshua Altman Close 1307 North Doheny Drive in Los Angeles for $14.2 Million
Five Fathoms, a 2024 organic modern estate of five glass-linked pavilions near Beverly Hills — 7 bedrooms and 8 baths in about 9,780 square feet — closed September 24, 2026 at $14,200,000.
Jacob Greene and Joshua Altman of Douglas Elliman closed the sale of 1307 North Doheny Drive in Los Angeles, the estate known as Five Fathoms, at $14,200,000 on September 24, 2026. Greene and Altman represented the seller.
The property sits on a flat, private lot of about 20,670 square feet near Beverly Hills. Per the listing, layers of mature landscaping screen it from the street, and the grounds look out over the city skyline and the surrounding canyons.
Built in 2024, the residence has about 9,780 square feet set across five pavilion-style structures, and the listing credits the design to designer Jae Omar and architect Eran Gispan. Glass-enclosed walkways connect the pavilions and pass above water features, and walls of disappearing glass, sandblasted stone and custom white oak give the interiors an organic modern character.
There are seven bedrooms and eight baths. The primary suite has its own library, a large viewing terrace and a stone bath lit by skylights. The estate also includes a detached ADU, a Dolby theater and an advanced security system.
Outside, a 65-foot pool is paired with an oversized spa and a cold plunge. Several outdoor fireplaces, broad entertaining terraces and a full outdoor kitchen complete the grounds, and gated parking holds about 10 vehicles.
