Celine Gamble, Kirsten Jordan and Danielle Evar of Corcoran have closed the sale of 172 North 6th Street in Williamsburg for $7,250,000. The sale closed on October 2, 2026.

The newly constructed single-family townhouse was designed by Bowerbird Architects and sits on a 20-foot-wide by 100-foot-deep lot between Bedford and Driggs avenues. It spans about 4,000 square feet over four floors, with four bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths.

A sculptural curved staircase finished in hand-applied lime-wash runs through all four levels, and oversized Reynaers floor-to-ceiling windows draw light deep into the house. The south-facing kitchen pairs Calacatta Vagli Oro marble with custom walnut millwork and Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, and opens directly to the landscaped private garden.

Long-length character oak floors run throughout, and the baths are fitted with Kast fixtures and artisanal tile. A green roof terrace looks out over the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines, and the house was delivered fully new with a final certificate of occupancy.
