Scott and Robles listed the home with teammates James Vallejos, Peter Perez and Nicholas Dorr-Hanss. The team they founded calls itself Brownstone Brooklyn's premier real estate team. It has ranked as Douglas Elliman's No. 1 Brooklyn team year after year, counts more than 60 years of combined experience, and has sold more than $1 billion in property across Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Hamptons. Recent team sales include 45 Douglass Street in Cobble Hill and 35 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights.
The residence spans about 2,996 square feet over three levels on the Carroll Gardens–Cobble Hill border, with four bedrooms and four and a half baths. The main floor is one open living and dining space around a chef's kitchen with a 36-inch range, a 36-inch refrigerator, a built-in espresso machine, a speed oven and a beverage center, plus a separate bar with extra prep space and a powder room. Floor-to-ceiling glass across the back of the house opens onto a large private backyard set up for outdoor dining.
