Drew Green of Saunders & Associates has closed the sale of 24 Aqua Drive in the Shinnecock Hills section of Southampton for $5,500,000. The sale closed in October 2026.

Built in 2010, the contemporary house is set into the cliffs about 30 feet above Shinnecock Bay, with sweeping water frontage and elevated views that reach all the way to the ocean. It sits on a 0.4-acre bulkheaded parcel south of the highway, about three miles west of Southampton Village.

Inside, a double-height living room with a fireplace and a two-story wall of bookshelves opens through sliding glass to the pool terrace. A dining area under a vaulted, skylit ceiling and a kitchen with stone counters and stainless appliances share the water views. There are four bedrooms and four and a half baths. A second-story balcony runs the full width of the house, reached from two of the bedrooms, including the primary suite.

Outside, a waterside gunite pool with a large hot tub sits on the lawn at the top of the bluff, framed by a wisteria-covered pergola. Steps lead down to the bay, where a lift holds a jet ski that can run out to the ocean through the Shinnecock Inlet.
