Built in 1899 and renovated in 2009, the three-bedroom house pairs original wide-plank pine floors and three fireplaces, two of them wood-burning, with a modern two-story wall of glass on the parlor level. That 20-foot window wall faces south over a 36-foot-deep landscaped garden of more than 620 square feet, and its large glass doors pivot open to connect the living and dining room directly to the garden.
