Brandon Bogard and Mallory Bogard of SERHANT. have closed the sale of Residence 5B at 290 West Street, a newly renovated waterfront home in one of Tribeca's most sought-after boutique condominiums, for $7,614,336. The sale closed in October 2026.

The husband-and-wife team behind Bogard New York brought the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath residence to market right after a comprehensive designer gut renovation. Nobody has lived in it since the work was finished. Every major system, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical, was updated. Interior walls were soundproofed and double-paned windows were added, so the home was truly turnkey for its first occupant.

The apartment faces directly west over the Hudson River, with views that take in the Statue of Liberty. Oversized windows and ceilings reaching nearly 11 feet fill the loft-like rooms with light all day and frame the sunsets each evening.

The kitchen anchors the home. It has custom grain-matched rift white oak cabinetry with fluted detailing, honed Taj Mahal quartzite counters with a full-height vein-matched backsplash, and Turkish Sand marble floors. The appliance package includes a Sub-Zero Designer Series refrigerator and freezer, a Gaggenau Vario gas cooktop, Gaggenau wall and combi-convection ovens, and a Miele dishwasher. A hand-finished Tadelakt plaster range hood is by Lucas Willing Studios. A built-in banquette under an alabaster-and-brass Apparatus fixture forms a breakfast nook against the floor-to-ceiling glass.

For entertaining, the dining area flows into a custom bar fabricated by Amuneal. It has a mottled brass finish, illuminated glass shelving, integrated Sub-Zero wine and beverage refrigeration, and a vein-matched amber onyx counter and backsplash. Walnut display shelving and a Gabriel Scott chandelier complete the great room.

The primary suite sits in its own private wing overlooking the river. It has a walnut-fitted dressing room and a spa-style bath with rift white oak millwork, marble floors and counters, VOLA fixtures and a Native Trails soaking tub. Two more bedrooms are set apart from the primary suite. A powder room features a floating green onyx vanity and hand-applied Tadelakt plaster walls.

The building was designed by architects Morris Adjmi and Aldo Andreoli. It offers a full-time doorman, a fitness center overlooking the Hudson, bike and private storage, and a landscaped courtyard.

The sale is another downtown result for the Bogards. Their creative-agency approach to marketing, with in-house video and content production, has made them one of New York's notable luxury teams. Mallory Bogard, a licensed associate real estate broker and an Oklahoma native, spent a decade as an international brand manager in luxury timepieces before real estate. Brandon Bogard, a licensed salesperson raised in Texas, came to the business after working for Christian Dior in New York and Paris. Together they focus on distinctive homes and new developments in downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn.
