Ernie Goldberg, Darren Kearns and Gilda Shani of Corcoran have closed the sale of Residence 27A at The Laurel, 400 East 67th Street, for $4,225,000. The sale was recorded in mid-October 2026.

The home sits on the 27th floor of the 30-story glass-and-limestone condominium designed by Costas Kondylis and Brian Callahan. It is a 2,285-square-foot corner residence with three bedrooms and three baths, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and dark oak floors, with skyline and river views. A gallery-style entry foyer opens to a large living and dining room built for entertaining.

The windowed chef's kitchen has Poggenpohl frosted-glass cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances, a Liebherr refrigerator, a Sub-Zero wine cooler, marble counters, a vented hood over a gas cooktop and a built-in banquette for eat-in dining. All three bedrooms have en-suite baths, and one doubles as a powder room. The primary suite has a large walk-in closet and a spa-style bath with a Zuma soaking tub, a glass rain shower, a double marble trough sink, slab marble walls, a TV set into a vanity mirror and radiant-heated marble mosaic floors. There are eight customized closets, motorized blinds, multi-zone Nest thermostats and an in-unit Bosch washer and dryer, and the sale included a private 60-square-foot storage room with 12-foot ceilings.

The Laurel is a LEED-certified, full-service building with a 24-hour doorman, a full-time concierge, on-site management and an on-site garage. Its 12,000-square-foot Trophy Club has a 50-foot lap pool, a fitness and triathlon-training center, and locker rooms with sauna and steam. The Laurel Club on the third and fourth floors adds a screening room, a game room with a pool table, a playroom and a dining room. Pets are welcome, and the building sits in Lenox Hill near shopping, restaurants, parks and several subway lines.
