Jim Hayes and Brad Mohr of SERHANT. have closed the sale of Residence 16B at Quay Tower, 50 Bridge Park Drive, for $4,495,000. The sale closed in October 2026. The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home sits inside Brooklyn Bridge Park, in one of the borough's premier full-service waterfront buildings.

The residence spans approximately 2,057 square feet. A high-speed elevator opens directly into the home. A secondary entry runs through a fully built-out mudroom with custom Italian cabinetry, a utility sink and a vented washer and dryer.

The living and dining room is the centerpiece. Floor-to-ceiling UV-insulated windows wrap the space and frame open western exposures, so the view shifts all day: boats crossing the harbor, the skyline lit up at night, and sunsets throughout the year. The kitchen centers on a large island with white oak cabinetry and leathered White Princess quartzite. It has a fully integrated Gaggenau appliance suite, smoked bronze hardware and built-in wine refrigeration. A marble powder room sits just off the main living space.

The primary suite is set apart for privacy. It has a dedicated dressing area, three fully built-out closets and a spa-quality bath finished in travertine slabs, with radiant heated floors, a freestanding soaking tub and custom vanities. Two more bedrooms share a full secondary bath. Multi-zone climate control and pre-wiring for motorized shades round out the home.

Quay Tower's amenities include panoramic rooftop spaces (the Sunset Lounge and Sky Cabana, with grills and fireplaces), a 2,500-square-foot fitness center, a 1,500-square-foot children's playroom, a music room with a baby grand piano, 24-hour concierge, a pet wash and a live-in superintendent. Outside the door are more than 85 acres of waterfront park, with the subway and ferry close by.

Hayes knows the building better than almost anyone. As sales director at Quay Tower he has led the project past 95% sold while managing a resale portfolio of more than $100 million. He has more than 15 years in New York real estate and nearly $1 billion in closed transactions, and he previously led the sellout of 278 units at 550 Vanderbilt in Prospect Heights. Before real estate, he was an educator and wilderness expedition leader.

Mohr, raised in Los Angeles by two top-producing agents, started his career with a leading Los Angeles team before moving to New York. He has been ranked consistently among the city's top brokers by The Wall Street Journal and The Real Deal, and he represents buyers and sellers across Manhattan and Brooklyn condominiums, co-ops, new developments and townhouses.
