Larry Young of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties has closed the sale of 608 Trenton Drive in Beverly Hills for $8,100,000. The home closed in September 2026, and Young represented the seller with co-listing agent Michael Nourmand of Nourmand & Associates.
The property was offered for the first time in many years. It sits on one of the largest lots in the Prime West-End of the Beverly Hills Flats, at about 17,317 square feet.
The 1937 Traditional stays true to its original architecture. Hardwood floors, rich wood paneling, crown moldings, chair rails, French windows and doors and numerous built-ins run through the house. A formal entry with a sweeping staircase opens to a living room with a brick-clad fireplace and large windows over the front and back gardens. There is a spacious formal dining room, a breakfast room and an updated kitchen. An expansive wood-paneled family room has its own fireplace and French doors to the yard.
The house has about 4,228 square feet and five bedrooms. A guest suite sits off the kitchen on the main floor, and four bedrooms, including the primary suite, are upstairs.
