Jackie "Jacquelyn" Lew and Marc Wisotsky of Brown Harris Stevens have closed the sale of 611 2nd Street in Park Slope for $11,500,000. The townhouse closed in September 2026.

Set just doors from Prospect Park in the heart of the Park Slope Historic District, the single-family home sits behind a landmarked limestone facade. Inside, it has been gut-renovated from top to bottom into a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath residence of more than 4,000 square feet across five levels, anchored by a dramatic center staircase and crowned by a domed, walk-on skylight that pours light down through the house.

The windowed chef's kitchen is the showpiece, finished in marble with top-of-the-line Thermador and Bosch appliances. The formal dining room next door hides a custom wet bar and a tucked-away powder room and opens to a terrace and the landscaped garden. The living room centers on a working fireplace with a classic mantel, and a separate media room has its own private terrace.

Upstairs, the primary suite pairs a wall of custom closets with a marble bath, and the remaining bedrooms keep the home's original proportions, with herringbone and inlaid hardwood floors, radiant heat and custom built-ins throughout. A fully finished lower level adds a recreation room, a full bath and storage, with access to both the street and the garden.

Outdoor space runs from the garden to private terraces to a rooftop deck with sweeping skyline views. Behind the walls, the house is built for modern living, with multi-zone HVAC, Control4 automation, a custom solar array and two sets of washer-dryers.

For Lew and Wisotsky, a team known for some of Brownstone Brooklyn's biggest townhouse trades, it is another marquee Park Slope close: a fully reimagined landmark a short walk from Grand Army Plaza, the Saturday Greenmarket and PS 321.
