David Berg and F. Ron Smith of Smith & Berg Property Group at Compass, with co-listing agent Marco Salari, have closed the sale of 628 North Sierra Drive in Beverly Hills for $10,700,000. The home closed in October 2026.

Built in 1937, the Tudor Revival sits on one of the most sought-after residential streets in the Beverly Hills Flats. It has been reimagined for modern living while keeping its original character. A landscaped approach leads to a dramatic two-story foyer. Wood-burning fireplaces, artisan millwork, leaded-glass windows and sculptural lighting run through rooms with high ceilings and generous proportions.

The main floor holds formal living and dining rooms, an intimate library, and a family room with a wet bar, where a wall of French doors opens onto a brick terrace. The kitchen is anchored by a stone-clad island and a Wolf double-oven range, with a breakfast room and extensive pantry storage alongside. A staff bedroom suite completes the level.

Upstairs, double doors open to the primary suite. A dual-sided fireplace links the bedroom to a private lounge, and the suite has two boutique-style closets and a marble bath with a soaking tub. Three more bedrooms share the floor, two of them connecting to a study with custom built-ins. In all, the house offers about 5,808 square feet, with five bedrooms and six full and one half baths.

Outside, tall hedges enclose a lot of about a third of an acre, close to Rodeo Drive. A broad brick terrace looks over a sweeping lawn, a pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen and a sports court. A finished room with a full bath at the back of the three-car garage can work as a pool lounge, gym or guest suite.
