Gavin Shiminski and Jonathan Stein close SoHo’s penthouse at 73 Wooster for $26 million

Douglas Elliman’s sports-and-entertainment pair listed Penthouse A, a 4,856-square-foot loft with a private roof, and placed it at $26 million.

$26 million. Closed July 18, 2026.

Gavin Shiminski and Jonathan Stein of Douglas Elliman held the listing. On July 18, 2026, Penthouse A at 73 Wooster Street closed at $26 million.

The duplex is 4,856 square feet: four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half, per Elliman. A private roof sits above with a pergola, outdoor kitchen, bocce court, and lounge.

The sellers were Zack and Dominique Wheeler. Dominique led the renovation with 1508 London. Shiminski and Stein, the Jonathan Stein Team at Elliman, work new development and resale; this was a sports-and-entertainment listing in the neighborhood where Wheeler started with the Mets.

Deborah A. Kern of Corcoran brought the buyer. The number that matters for the agents is the close: $26 million.

Elliman still carries the listing page under both names. That is the clip.

Closed sale. $2M+ in live markets only. Listing and buyer’s agents named as published. Photos: IDX courtesy Douglas Elliman. Luxury Price Drops is not a brokerage.
