Lauren Muss and Jamie Mitchell of Douglas Elliman closed the sale of Residence 10C/11C at 730 Park Avenue, a prewar duplex in Lenox Hill, at $18,446,600 on September 22, 2026. The listing was marketed as a co-exclusive with Adam D. Modlin and Andrew Nierenberg of The Modlin Group.

The 18-room home has six bedrooms plus a staff suite, eight full and three half baths, four city exposures and 21-foot ceilings, and the listing describes a top-to-bottom gut renovation. A private elevator landing on the tenth floor opens to a glass vestibule, a gallery and a living room with double-height ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. A cantilevered limestone staircase with a floating glass rail rises to the upper level, which can also be reached by elevator.

Beyond the living room, a library clad in ceruse oak has its own wood-burning fireplace and wet bar, and the dining room pairs custom quartered white oak cabinetry with a velvet banquette. The windowed eat-in kitchen was custom built by Arclinea, with a Wolf 48-inch cooktop and separate grill, dual Gaggenau combi-steam ovens, Miele refrigeration and two Miele dishwashers, and it is backed by a butler's pantry and an office that can double as a staff room. The corner primary suite adds two windowed marble baths, a separate office and two walk-in closets.

On the eleventh floor, a media room and den large enough for a pool table has a gas fireplace. A private wing holds four bedrooms, each with its own bath, alongside guest quarters with a kitchenette and limestone bath, staff quarters, a laundry room, a mudroom and storage. Systems include 13-zone central air, 12- to 14-inch white oak plank floors, Savant lighting and shade automation, and a climate-controlled wine room.

Per the listing, 730 Park Avenue was built in 1929 to designs by architect Lafayette A. Goldstone. It is a 20-story full-service cooperative of about 40 residences at the corner of East 71st Street, with doormen, a concierge, elevator attendants, a resident manager, a fitness center and private storage.
