Adam D. Modlin of The Modlin Group has closed the sale of the Ninth Floor at 760 Madison Avenue for $23,000,000. The listing was a co-exclusive with Douglas Elliman's Sarway Team, led by Abraham Sarway. The home closed in September 2026.
The full-floor residence spans 4,530 square feet and is the only home in the building with its tailored layout. The original floor plan was reworked for proportion, flow and light. It is configured with four bedrooms, four and a half baths and a den with a fireplace and Central Park views, which can serve as a fifth bedroom.
A private elevator landing opens to a limestone-clad gallery and a 30'6" by 19' great room framed by oversized windows and anchored by a Calacatta Caldia marble fireplace. Ten-foot ceilings and wide-plank white oak floors laid in a custom Versailles pattern run throughout.
