9440 Old Cutler Lane Sold for $25.0M by Toni Schrager and Lauren Schrager
A brand-new contemporary estate on 1.7 acres in Coral Gables' guard-gated Journey's End enclave has sold through Brown Harris Stevens.
Toni Schrager and Lauren Schrager of Brown Harris Stevens have sold 9440 Old Cutler Lane, a newly built contemporary estate in Coral Gables' Journey's End, for $25 million. The sale closed in November.
Journey's End is a guard-gated enclave of only 18 estates, with a marina, deeded boat slips and two tennis courts. The house sits on 1.728 acres of park-like gardens. Walls of glass open to a floating-staircase foyer with 23-foot ceilings. Limestone slab floors run through the living, dining and family rooms and into a Snaidero kitchen, and the ground floor also holds three en-suite bedrooms, a media room, a powder room and laundry.
Upstairs, white oak floors connect the primary suite, which has a spa bath, dual vanities and walk-in closets, with three more en-suite bedrooms. Outside, a 75-by-25-foot resort-style pool anchors the grounds, and there is a detached four-car garage.
In all, the 2026-built residence has seven bedrooms, seven full and one half baths, and 8,997 square feet. With this sale, the Schragers have placed one of the newest homes in one of Coral Gables' most private enclaves.
