Beate V. Moore and Vanessa Moore of Sotheby's International Realty have closed the sale of 95 Jobs Lane in Bridgehampton for $8,600,000. The sale closed in September 2026.

Beate V. Moore is one of the most accomplished brokers on the East End. Her Sotheby's International Realty profile credits her with $4 billion in career sales, the Broker Hall of Fame Award and a ranking among the top four agents in the Hamptons every year since 2009. She works out of the firm's Bridgehampton brokerage on Main Street alongside Vanessa Moore, and this sale puts another distinctive South-of-the-Highway house on the pair's record.

The house is a rare piece of Hamptons architecture. Designed by Norman Jaffe, it sits on a private lane off Jobs Lane in Bridgehampton South, close to the ocean, and is built as a contemporary barn: long sloping roofs, cedar-shingled walls and broad expanses of glass that read almost as a sculpture on the lawn. The listing calls it the highest quality construction, and the photographs bear that out.

Inside, the scale is generous. The home has about 5,000 square feet with four bedrooms, four baths and three fireplaces. The great room rises to a cathedral ceiling of warm cedar, lit by skylights and clerestory windows, with built-in bookshelves and a gallery level above. Sliding panel doors open the living and dining spaces directly to the outdoors, and the primary suite sits under the peak of the roof with its own fireplace and a wall of glass.

The grounds are the second act. Zen-like gardens and mature specimen trees, including cherry, Japanese maple, copper beech and dogwood, surround the house. Bluestone patios and mahogany decking connect the rooms to a 20-by-40-foot heated pool with an outdoor shower. There is a golf green with a sand trap and tee box on the lawn, an attached two-car garage, a generator, and room for tennis. The listing sums up the setting as tranquility and privacy.
