Violations of access requirements may result in removal from the property and/or additional fees. Guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation prior to receiving check-in instructions. All guests must be registered with building management prior to arrival. A $350 pre-authorization hold is applicable on booking platforms only and is released approximately 5 days after checkout. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and only registered guests are permitted to use building amenities. A building FOB will be issued during check-in and must be returned at checkout; lost or unreturned FOBs will incur a $50 replacement fee. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or failure to observe quiet hours may result in fines, removal from the property, or cancellation of the reservation without refund. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the unit, balconies, common areas, or within 25 feet of the building; violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation without refund. Pets are not permitted at this property; bringing an unauthorized pet may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges, fines imposed by the building, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized late departures may result in overstay fees. An initial supply of toiletries, paper products, linens, and towels is provided; additional supplies are available upon request for an additional fee. Food and grocery deliveries must be met by the guest in the lobby; delivery drivers are not permitted to access residential floors. USPS mail cannot be accepted. Refunds are not provided for naturally occurring insects or geckos.
