How we measured it
Luxury Price Drops scans for-sale listings priced $700K and up every day. A home counts as cut when its asking price is below the first price we saw for it. The median cut is measured from that original ask to the current asking price. "Cut two or more times" counts separate tracked reductions. The snapshot is from our feed of Oct 20, 2026 and does not update. Sold and withdrawn homes are not included, because they leave the feed. Read the full methodology.
