Leigh Borg and Filippo Tavernaro close the 25 Degrees Signature Villa at AED 161 million
Dubai Sotheby’s seller and buyer pair placed the Palm Jumeirah Signature Villa — six bedroom suites, 10,900 square feet, pool deck on Atlantis The Royal — in the September 2025 announcement window.
Leigh Borg of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty listed it. Filippo Tavernaro of the same firm brought the buyer. Dubai Sotheby’s announced the 25 Degrees Signature Villa on Palm Jumeirah at AED 161 million — Gulf Business printed that as $43.8 million — around 2 September 2025. The firm’s journal carried the sale on 16 September 2025. The exact DLD day is not published.
The house is a Signature Villa on Palm Jumeirah. Street number unpublished. Six bedroom suites, 10,900 square feet built-up. Bath count is not published. The pool deck looks straight at Atlantis The Royal. 25 Degrees, the boutique developer David von Rosen built with, delivered it: sculptural, fully furnished, a private cinema, art-led interiors. SIR put the rate at AED 14,679 per square foot — the most expensive secondary villa sale on the Palm in 2025, and the second-highest price-per-square-foot deal in Dubai that year.
Borg, then Executive Partner, held the seller. Tavernaro, then Senior Global Property Consultant, represented the buyer. Both still work the firm: Borg as Executive Director, Tavernaro as Senior Director. The firm put the story on its own journal. That is the clip.
