Chris Karas ranked No. 24 among U.S. individual agents by sales volume on RealTrends' The Thousand 2024, based on 2023 sales. Co-founder of Compass Arizona and President of The Karas Group, he has represented more than $2.7 billion in luxury transactions across Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Arcadia. That includes the seller side of Robert Sarver's Paradise Valley estate, a then-state-record $19.25 million sale in 2019. He sits on Compass' National Advisory Council and its Sports & Entertainment Division, and his clients include professional athletes and executives. A University of Arizona graduate, he is a member of The Thunderbirds and a Scottsdale REALTORS 40 Under 40 honoree.
