Lynne Samone Mazin

Lynne Samone Mazin and Compass colleague Elena Ash closed 416 West 20th Street, a landmark townhouse on Chelsea's Cushman Row, for $9.3 million in July 2026. A Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Compass, she previously co-listed the $55 million four-story penthouse at The Charles on the Upper East Side. Lynne holds a JD and an MBA from Cornell. Before real estate she was a leading producer on Wall Street, advising hedge funds, central banks and sovereign wealth funds, and she brings that experience to valuation and negotiation. Her focus is luxury property in Manhattan, from Billionaires' Row to Tribeca and the West Village, and in the Hamptons.
