How we measured it
We scan Dubai sale listings on Bayut three times a day. A listing counts as cut when its asking price is below the first price we saw for it, and the cut is measured from that first price. Auctions, price raises and single steps of 50% or more are held out for review. These are asking prices, not closed sale prices. This page is rebuilt from the feed every day.
