Bill Hernandez co-founded the Bill & Bryan Team with Bryan Sereny in 2004. It has been Douglas Elliman's No. 1 team in Miami Beach for ten consecutive years, with more than $3 billion in sales. In September 2026 the partners closed 126 West San Marino Drive, a bayfront Venetian Islands estate, for $33 million, representing the seller. The team set a record $3,300 per square foot on Pine Tree Drive and the South of Fifth price-per-foot record at Continuum, holds the Sunny Isles price-per-foot record, and was selected to represent Witkoff's Shore Club Private Collection. Their specialty is waterfront estates and luxury condominiums from Miami-Dade to Palm Beach.
