Roy Lemus

Roy Lemus is President of Believe Home Loans, Inc. (NMLS 1997936), a wholesale mortgage brokerage that shops more than 40 lenders to secure competitive rates for each client. From the firm's Pembroke Pines office, he structures jumbo, conventional, VA, FHA and specialty financing, as well as refinances and equity loans, for primary residences, second homes and investment properties across Florida. He has guided hundreds of buyers, from first-time purchasers to seasoned investors. Roy is also a licensed Florida Realtor and real estate broker; as President of The Lemus Team, he created the Heroes 4 Heroes closing-credit program for first responders, veterans, educators and medical professionals.
