James Harris

James Harris co-founded Bond Street Partners and helped lead the team to more than $5 billion in closed sales, including The Manor in Holmby Hills at $120 million. Born and raised in London, he began as a residential investment agent before making his name in Los Angeles and on seven seasons of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. Today he is a Principal at Carolwood Estates and founder of Harris & Partners. His 2026 closings include 9520 Hidden Valley Road ($17.1 million), 25242 Prado Del Grandioso in Calabasas ($14.2 million) and 9551 Oak Pass Road ($11.15 million). He also represents La Vue in Bel Air, listed at $177 million.
