Rayni Williams is CEO and co-founder, with Branden Williams, of The Beverly Hills Estates. The firm closed more than $2.53 billion across 655 sides in 2025, according to RISMedia, which named the pair 2026 Real Estate Newsmakers. In real estate since 2005, after earlier careers in journalism and lending, she and Branden have sold more than $1 billion in Trousdale alone, with notable deals in Beverly Hills, the Bird Streets and Los Feliz. Recent closings include 23708 Malibu Colony Road ($19.995 million) and 1335 Carla Lane in Trousdale ($18.75 million). She has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter and the Los Angeles Business Journal.
