Conor McKay brokered the AED 280 million sale of a 10-bedroom beachfront villa on Palm Jumeirah in 2022, at the time the most expensive home ever sold in Dubai. Now a Director at Dubai Sotheby's International Realty, the Irish-born broker has advised on more than AED 6.5 billion in luxury transactions since starting his UAE career in 2017, including Dubai's second- to fifth-most-expensive villa sales of 2024. Known as the "Billionaire's Broker", he works largely off-market and by referral across Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills and Dubai Hills. He is ranked No. 4 in Arabian Business's Top Real Estate Agents in the Middle East and is recommended in the Spear's 500.
