Honey Deylami was ranked No. 1 in Entrepreneur Middle East's inaugural 2026 list of 100 agents driving the UAE property market. An Executive Director at Dubai Sotheby's International Realty, she has advised on more than AED 26 billion in transactions over a career that began in 2005. Her landmark deals include Palm Jumeirah's highest-value villa sale, at over AED 145 million, in 2022, and the AED 220 million Sky Palace penthouse at AVA at Palm Jumeirah in 2023, then the most expensive penthouse ever sold on the island. She specialises in mansions, waterfront estates, branded residences and trophy penthouses above AED 30 million, and works in English and Farsi.
