Leigh Borg closed the AED 233.5 million sale of a 29,000 sq ft Emirates Hills mansion, setting a community price record of AED 8,000 per sq ft. An Executive Director at Dubai Sotheby's International Realty with more than 18 years in prime real estate, he has completed over 120 Emirates Hills villa transactions since selling his first home there in 2009. In 2025 he sold a Palm Jumeirah Signature Villa for AED 161 million, the island's most expensive secondary villa sale that year, and, as Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Sotheby's International Realty, closed a record AED 200 million penthouse at Four Seasons Private Residences on Saadiyat Island.
