This is the Dubai hub of Luxury Price Drops: every asking-price cut we detect on Dubai luxury listings, gathered in one live list. Each listing shows the previous asking price, the current asking price and the size of the cut in AED and percent, with its price history one click away. These are asking prices on Bayut listings — an asking-price cut is not a sold price. New to the idea? Start with what drives price drops in real estate.
