These figures are built from the live feed and refresh as sellers cut, relist or withdraw.

This is the Dubai hub of Luxury Price Drops: every asking-price cut we detect on Dubai luxury listings, gathered in one live list. Each listing shows the previous asking price, the current asking price and the size of the cut in AED and percent, with its price history one click away. These are asking prices on Bayut listings — an asking-price cut is not a sold price. New to the idea? Start with what drives price drops in real estate.

Dubai distress sales: only the deepest cuts

Looking for distressed property in Dubai rather than every price cut? The Dubai distress sales feed — every listing down 10% or more keeps only the deepest cuts from this list, ready and off-plan, using the same Bayut data and the same three-times-daily refresh. It opens with a dated summary of the day's 10%+ count, the areas where they cluster and the biggest cuts, plus an FAQ on how we define and measure a distress sale.

Browse by property type and rentals

Narrow the feed to apartments for sale in Dubai, villas for sale in Dubai, townhouses for sale in Dubai or Dubai luxury real estate. Renting? Dubai rent reductions applies the same tracking to landlord-side cuts. For building-level activity, see top Dubai buildings by price activity.

Beyond Dubai

Abu Dhabi price drops and Ras Al Khaimah price drops use the same method, also in AED. To see Dubai next to Miami, New York and Los Angeles, read the four-city luxury price-cut report — US figures are in USD, Dubai figures in AED, and the two are never added together.
